- From the Dashboard, select Welcome
- Select Settings
- Select Recipients & Devices
- Select the orange Add New icon
- Enter the Recipient / Device name
- Under Type, select the Mobile Phone or email
- Enter either the email address or phone number for the device you have chosen
- If you have added a phone number, you will need to choose your carrier
- Leave the Time Zone as automatic
- Send a Test Alert to make sure you have entered your information correctly
- You can set times when you will NOT receive alerts by entering the information under Quite Periods
- To Customize your Weather Alerts, look for Related Links on the right hand side of the page
- Select Alert Updates
- Select the Weather tab
- Select the orange Choose Recipients icon
- You can select up to 3 different recipients who can receive alerts
- To customize the conditions you want to receive alerts for, click on the box next to the conditions you are interested in
- Select Save Changes
