• From the Dashboard, select Welcome
  • Select Settings
  • Select Recipients & Devices
  • Select the orange Add New icon
  • Enter the Recipient / Device name
  • Under Type, select the Mobile Phone or email
  • Enter either the email address or phone number for the device you have chosen
    • If you have added a phone number, you will need to choose your carrier
  • Leave the Time Zone as automatic
  • Send a Test Alert to make sure you have entered your information correctly
  • You can set times when you will NOT receive alerts by entering the information under Quite Periods

  • To Customize your Weather Alerts, look for Related Links on the right hand side of the page
  • Select Alert Updates
  • Select the Weather tab
  • Select the orange Choose Recipients icon
  • You can select up to 3 different recipients who can receive alerts
  • To customize the conditions you want to receive alerts for, click on the box next to the conditions you are interested in
  • Select Save Changes
